Earn referral bonuses for any new staff members you introduce to NEOC who are hired! Be sure to tell them to list you by name on their application :)

If earned, the referral bonus will be paid to you as part of the last regular payroll cycle of the camp season. If you do not complete the days you are scheduled to work outlined in your offer letter, you will not earn your referral bonus.

The amounts you can earn are subject to change based on demand and time of year.

For you to earn a bonus, your referral:

• Cannot be a former LIT
• Cannot be hired through an International Staffing Agency or similar agency
• Must be hired and complete their contract
• Must put your name on their application :)
