Earn referral bonuses for any new staff members you introduce to NEOC who are hired! Please see below for the amounts you can earn:
- Camper Care or Counselor Care - $200
- Nurse - $200
- All other positions - $50
To earn a bonus, your referral:
- Must put your name on their application
- Must be hired and complete their contract
- Cannot be a staff member hired through an international staffing agency
